The cost of your treatment may vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. During your visit, we'll discuss with you the cost of your treatment, and each of your available payment plan options, so that you are able to make the best choice for you, your smile, and your family.

Insurance

We accept most insurance plans and will gladly process your claim. We are a "fee for service" dental practice and are "out of network" for any PPO. Please bring the necessary forms with you on your first visit. Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.

Payment Options

For your convenience, we also accept payments made with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card.

Our practice accepts most major credit cards and insurance plans, plus we offer affordable third-party financing options through CareCredit, American Healthcare Lending and Springstone. With third-party financing, you can:
